Incredible service. Flowers were delivered 3 hours after I placed the order. Couldn’t be happier. My friend exclaimed, “these are genuinely the most beautiful flowers I’ve seen in my life!”

Fantastic experience! From selecting an arrangement to being informed of the delivery process every step of the way, I was continually impressed. The recipients of the flowers were thrilled with their freshness and presentation. Will definitely use you again!

If you want to send something extraordinary, this is the Florist to do so. When someone receives it, and I was fortunate myself, and just sent it again, it’s an unbelievable affirmation and encouragement to the recipient. It’s so worth it for that special occasion. Their customer service was excellent.

Ordered 2 of the same arrangement for two different recipients, and a third arrangement for a third recipient. For the cost, the flowers were meh. Two of the orders arrived fine, not impressive, but not terrible. The third one was terrible. Small, undeveloped, ugly flowers, as well as browning, and wilted flowers. On one of the orders somehow a $128 vase was added to the order (more than the arrangement cost). When doing online check out they’re very sneaky about add ons, on me for not double checking the order, but somehow I missed it. When I reached out to customer service they were quick to say, too bad so sad, about the vase. I sent pictures of the low quality arrangement and was told “Thanks for reaching out and sharing photos! Your Felice arrangement appears in healthy condition and should continue to bloom over the next couple of days with fresh water and care”. I decided to try this company because I’ve had similar problems with online flower orders (I send flowers every Mother’s Day), but at least those companies are quick to apologize and send out appropriate flowers, or partial refunds. It’s unfortunate that Ode à la Rose puts more effort into their packaging than the ar

We sent our daughter an orchid to her work location for her birthday. Since we live in a different state it’s really important that the flowers are beautiful and special. She was beyond happy! She said the orchids were so tall that they could barely fit in her car. She went on and on about how they were the prettiest she had ever seen. Plus- her coworkers raved! We will definitely order again from Ode à la Rose!
